Our servers and workstations come standard with a one-year carry-in warranty, including all hardware repairs and base OS. For a small additional charge, you may upgrade your server to a 3-year 24x7, 4 hour onsite response warranty. You can also upgrade your workstation to a 3-year 24x7, 8 hour onsite response warranty. Excalibur Technology stocks all spare parts in our facilities to guarantee the fastest turn around time in the industry. Should a covered component fail, our engineers will bring spares on-site to your office and make the repairs quickly and put your business back in business.
